Availability:
Should an item be out of stock we will ensure you are informed immediately.
 
Accuracy:
 
Items are described to the best possible accuracy, but occasionally mistakes might occur, and if such an event happens, we will contact you immediately to resolve the situation. If an item is displayed with the incorrect price, the option will be given for you to either pay for the item at the correct price or cancel your order. Should you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund. We also reserve the right to increase or decrease prices on this webshop at any time.
Please note that sizing differs between suppliers, and if you are 'in between sizes' we recommend that you get the larger size as it is easier to 'take in' a dress than 'let it out'. The sizes displayed on this website are typical UK ladies sizes.
Colours may differ from what they appear to be on the screen, due to lighting and the nature of computer monitors.
 
Delivery:

Pre-orders:
Should customers require the gown by a specific date, please contact us before-hand to ensure the gown will arrive in time.Some dresses may take 2-3 weeks to arrive and sometimes as much as 12-16 weeks if the dress needs to be specially cut (please contact us for stock availability prior to ordering!) but we can rush-ship on occasions if necessary (subject to a rush shipping fee). Items are shipped via Fedex both domestically and internationally. Shipping time is approx 3 days.

Please note some items take longer to arrive and this will be stated on the product page if so.

In Stock Items :

These will be shipped within THREE days of payment being received. Please inform us if you have special requirements and we will do our best to help with this.
 
Returns:

Occasionally you may find a dress to be unsuitable. If this happens, you must contact us with notice of cancellation in writing within 14 days after the goods are received, and return the item within 14 days after goods are received. Please note that we will not refund any items any items sent outside this time period.

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a legal right to cancel the contract between you and us within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason unless the product is a custom order/ bespoke order.

 

The cancellation period will end after 14 days starting the day after you or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the company that delivers the Product to you) takes physical possession of the Product you ordered. Where you order multiple Products in one order or a Product is delivered in separate parts, lots or pieces, the cancellation period will end after 14 days starting the day after you or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the company that delivers the Product to you) takes physical possession of the last product, part, lot or piece that makes up your order.

Please ensure you value the item accurately, as we cannot be held responsible should the item be lost in transit. Use a responsible carrier.


It usually takes approximately 10 days to process your refund. 
Consumers are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession. Item will be inspected, and should the item show signs of fake tan, deodorant marks, make-up, staining, tears etc, we will consider that you have not taken the expected reasonable care of goods and a refund will be refused.
Postal costs will not be refunded.
This returns policy ensures a fair policy. It complies with the distance selling regulations 2000 and does not affect your statutory rights. Should you have any enquiries about returns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
This returns policy is for website sales only. We do not accept store returns.

Kylie Rose Boutique cannot be held accountable for any taxes, customs duties or other charges incurred by the tax system in any other  country other than the UK.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU REMOVE THE RED SHARK TAG FROM YOUR GARMENT, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR A RETURN!
